Your impact 

IsoLabs is looking for a motivated financial analyst with functional responsibilities including, forecast, budget management, financial modeling as well as finance operations. In this role, you will be a critical part of the IsoLabs Finance team that ensures IsoLabs management makes sound financial decisions. Your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic decisions. The role is highly cross functional with access to and collaboration with Business, Operations, Engineering, and various Alphabet teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with leads across a variety of finance related topics and processes such as monthly variance analysis, full year forecast updates, planning, budget management, purchasing, control, and compliance
  • Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports for management and Alphabet
  • Lead accruals, GL account analysis, and reconciliations as part of the monthly close process
  • Manage and improve efficiencies for various operational tasks including purchasing and cash management
  • Crystallize key cost drivers and interdependencies and create ROI frameworks to ensure we’re allocating dollars effectively
  • Help design the programs, processes, policies, analytics, and tools to enhance financial decision making
  • Advise on the economics and risk management of deals, including reviewing contract terms and partnering with other Finance functions as needed
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects as necessary  

Your skills and qualifications 

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, accounting, corporate strategy, management consulting, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and willingness to learn
  • SQL experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills
  • Proven track record and passion to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive sophisticated initiatives. 
  • High performer who is willing to dive into the details and looking to gain experience and grow with IsoLabs
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through 
  • Ability to work independently and develop proposals to solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Hybrid working

It’s hugely important for us to be able to share knowledge and establish relationships with each other, and we find it easier to do this if we spend time together in person.
