About Numan

Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 200+ team distributed across the globe united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health.

Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to shake off inertia, seize control of their health, and make the most of it.

Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK.

We want you to be part of it.

The Role:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Growth Engineer with a bias towards Front-End to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and evaluating experiments to drive user engagement, conversion, and overall growth for Numan's digital health platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, A/B testing, and a passion for creating exceptional user experience.

You’ll be:

Front-End Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product/growth managers and designers, to develop and implement front-end solutions that align with Numan's growth strategy.
• Leverage modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure seamless integration with back-end services and APIs to deliver a cohesive user experience.

A/B Testing and Experimentation:
• Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to optimise user interactions, conversion funnels, and overall platform performance.
• Continuously iterate on experiments based on data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with wider Growth, Data and Product teams to interpret experiment results and implement improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, growth, product and engineering teams to understand user acquisition channels and optimise the user journey.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Worked commercially in front-end web development with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Commercial experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and responsive design principles.
• A strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation with demonstrable experience with a modern toolset.
• Experience working with a modern analytics stack (e.g., Mixpanel) and data-driven decision-making.
• Worked in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
