As the Growth Lead you will

  • Drive the engagement strategy with a results-driven and action-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate across squads, ensuring transparent communication and efficient stakeholder management.
  • Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user experiences to drive product retention/growth
  • Share customer insights with the growth team to refine targeting, messaging, and product development
  • Stay updated on industry trends and growth marketing techniques
  • Provide leadership and vision for growth initiatives, prioritizing the user experience and alignment with company values.
  • Experience leading a cross functional growth squad focused on rapid experimentation to achieve growth targets
  • Continuously iterate on growth strategies based on data-driven insights and OKRs.
  • Manage and prioritize the growth roadmap for a minimum of the next two months.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges, ensuring continuous progress in engagement growth initiatives.
  • Measure success by tracking relevant metrics and KPIs in line with the company's goals.

About you

  • 5 + years of relevant experience in growth and engagement with a proven track record of execution in high-growth, fast-paced and product-led businesses
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, showcasing the ability to manage multiple moving parts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to grasp product intricacies rapidly and deeply immerse in the domain.
  • Experience in aligning team's work with company values and OKRs.
  • Deeply analytic with the ability to use SQL to dig into data
  • Proactive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and their application in growth initiatives.
  • Experience and passion for user engagement and growth strategies.
