What is Sylvera anyway? ‍👩‍👨🌳
Sylvera is scaling carbon markets with software. We do this by applying advanced machine learning techniques to satellite data to quantify with unprecedented accuracy the amount of carbon stored in landscapes - and then we visualise that data to our customers.

We believe the transparency Sylvera provides will enable carbon markets to have a more positive impact on the world in a shorter space of time. This will be critical in keeping the planet under 2C of warming and provide huge wider benefits to nature and society.

Founded in 2020, Sylvera has now scaled to over 100+ employees across the world and has raised over $30m from leading VCs like Index Ventures and Insight Partners.

We're on a super steep trajectory over the next couple of years - we want incredible people that are as passionate as we are about the mission and want to build an amazing organisation with us to achieve it.

What will I be doing? ‍‍👩‍💻👨‍💻

We’re looking for a mission-driven, strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for driving our inbound engine and managing a variety of activities to grow our reach and ultimately achieve pipeline targets. You’ll be a key partner to our Content & Sales teams, responsible for building strong relationships rooted in trust, collaboration and accountability.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Strategy:

    • You’ll partner with our Commercial leaders to set annual and quarterly targets (lead and pipeline) and then build data- and insight-driven multi-channel plans to achieve these targets

Execution:

    • Planning and managing external events and conferences
    • Planning and managing Sylvera-owned webinars and our flagship conference: Carbon Markets Summit
    • Creating & optimizing LinkedIn and Google Search Ad campaigns
    • Building high-performing landing pages for ads
    • Building and optimizing email campaigns & our monthly newsletter

Tracking & Reporting:

    • Working closely with our RevOps lead and Sales Development Leader, you’ll be responsible for marketing operations and managing our marketing automation tools to ensure all workflows are correctly set up and that all campaign activity is accurately being measured. You’ll tease out insights from the data to improve what’s working and learn from what’s not. You’ll also be responsible for setting and tracking budgets.
