Every great marketeer understands the importance of an effective customer journey. This position is a dream role for someone looking to help develop new marketing capabilities, push themselves outside of their comfort zone, and learn something new every week.
You will be managed by Tyler (Digital Marketing Manager), who is full of energy, enthusiasm, and is a brilliant collaborator. As one of our Digital Marketing Executives, you’ll:
- join a team of two responsible for enabling a variety of marketing initiatives via the use of marketing technology
- work towards becoming one of our super-users for a number of our marketing tools - our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Testing/Personalisation, CMS, Tag Manager and more
- collaborate with brand and performance marketing to execute campaigns ensuring best practice is followed and controls are in place to manage effective delivery
- assist teams in analysing campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities to put forward your own campaign ideas
We’re looking for someone who is:
- able to show their understanding in digital channel marketing processes and strategies: PPC, SEO, CRM, CRO, content marketing / CMS, social
- not afraid to fail and will test and learn, this includes tools used, setting out a hypothesis and reporting on results
- knowledgeable of the MarTech platform landscape and their various applications
- of a commercial mindset – understanding of marketing KPIs and applying them to performance forecasting and analysis
- able to quickly adapt to changing situations and not be afraid to put forward creative solutions to challenges that may arise
