The Role

We are now looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our software engineering team, working closely with our 8 engineers and our Head of Software, to develop, test and scale web and mobile applications. You'll utilize React.js, Remix and Typescript to build robust software that will reach thousands of users.

What you'll get up to:

• collaborate with the design team to create smooth and unique user interfaces
• build, test and deploy new features rapidly, in true start-up fashion
• encouraging best coding practices within the team, ensuring our codebase is scalable and future-ready
• work closely with the backend engineers to integrate API's into our platform for web apps and our in-store Pods
• get involved with the entire software development life cycle, contributing ideas to drive improvement for our platform

About you:

• you're an experienced engineer, with a history of working within a team of engineers in an agile environment
• you're passionate about new technology and finding different ways to solve problems
• you boast hands on experience with JavaScript (React.JS), TypeScript, RESTful API's and Remix
• comfortable working in a team and independently, you thrive on collaboration
