About Kraken Field
We’re making converting homes to green electrons as simple as possible, by building a platform to allow engineers to install smart meters, solar panels, heat pumps, EV chargers, and more.
We’re busy launching in new countries, working with ever more engineers and tech partners, building exciting new features at scale, and creating the integrated solution to retrofit homes across the world - all in the name of making it as easy and cheap as possible for customers to go green.
Kraken Field is a multifunctional, multinational team made up of product, backend, design, mobile, web and more - all focused together on making Octopus the go-to name in green home installations. And we’re looking for smart individuals with an interest in the space who can help us make it happen.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of our software for our clients end-to-end
- Manage the relationship between the Kraken Field implementation team and our client counterparts, being the first point of contact
- Set up key operational processes to manage risks, incidents, actions and decisions during our migrations with our client counterparts and management
- Summarise and articulate the client requests, prioritise them and define timelines internally to enable the implementation of our platform
- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to deliver our implementations successfully
- Support our clients to meet their business needs in your domain area via the delivery of our Kraken platform
- Being then knowledge base of how Kraken Field works and educate our clients how we deliver our Kraken Field Platform
What you'll need
- Previous hands-on experience in large-scale software implementation
- Experience in collaborating closely with decision makers, product owners and business owners
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment and to take ownership pro-actively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with attention to detail and deadlines to drive forward the deployment strategy within your domain
- Excellent structured communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Becoming an advocate for the continuous deployment approach we take at Kraken and champions building tech iteratively
It would be great if you had
- Previous work experience in strategic account management and strategy consulting are a plus
- Multilingual (eg. in Spanish) is a benefit
