As an IT Operations Engineer you will play a pivotal role in our IT Operations team providing capabilities across multiple areas within our IT Service offering. Your primary responsibility will be to provide IT Incident, Request and Problem Management expertise, with a keen focus on IT Security.

Must have experience:
- + 2 years experience in a client facing role in an environment where excellence user experience was key driver for successful support function
- Some experience in admin/tooling support
- High level of technical competency, quickly understands technical issues and can resolve them in a remote environment
- Quick learner with positive can do attitude
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple incoming requests effectively and appropriately
- An emphatic, patient, professional and calm approach
- Experience of Zendesk, jira or similar; office suites, operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate for children and young people
- Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere
- A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children
Nice to have experience:
- Solid understanding of safeguarding policies
- IT admin experience - Atlassian, Jira and Confluence
- Familiar with our toolstack: atlassian, google, aws, slack
- ITIL or similar
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, specifically for remote environments and suitable preventative measures
- Coding or scripting experience - AppScript, Powershell, Unix, etc
