Role Overview
Lyra is looking for a Global Network Strategy & Planning Manager to join the international operations team and drive the long-term network growth strategy with a global focus. The ideal candidate is both a strategic problem solver that can articulate the business case for a growth opportunity out of ambiguous data, and a deft project manager that can drive progress across cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Co-design network strategy for the Lyra network, in partnership with key stakeholders, such as the clinical and country manager organisations
● Partner closely with network leadership to tackle longer-term strategic projects to unlock growth through innovation
● Develop business cases for new products/services in collaboration with clinical, product, and sales teams
● Interface with operations teams to investigate and address / mitigate near-term operational risks
● Develop and execute analyses in support of strategic planning, partnerships, and network development
Qualifications
● Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
● Self-starter capable of operating with minimal direction
● MBA, MHA, MPH recommended
Experience
● 3-4 years of top-tier management consulting experience or strategy & planning experience in an innovative health care sector.
● Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
● Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and SQL
