Job Description
We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies - from concept to execution - to reach international markets. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and local market teams, to ensure the company's presence is aligned with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's international markets, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
    • Collaborate with local market teams to understand their unique needs and tailor the marketing strategy accordingly
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's overall strategy

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international markets
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
    • Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Experience with international market is a plus.

    • This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, in collaboration with the senior executive team and parent organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving marketing success in international markets, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. It is important that the individual is up-to-date with the latest trends technologies so they can incorporate them into the company's strategy when necessary.
£55,000 - £65,000 a year
