The Opportunity:

As a Product Manager at VivaCity, you'll shape the product vision and roadmap, working closely with our tech and commercial teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of product direction, working with cutting-edge AI technologies and driving collaboration across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead product roadmap development for one of VivaCity’s core product lines
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and deliver product features that meet client needs
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to gather user feedback and prioritise enhancements
    • Support the commercial team by providing technical expertise and clear product documentation
    • Drive coordination for new features, ensuring a smooth product release process

About You:

    • 3+ years of technical experience (engineering, data analysis, research), or a relevant undergraduate degree (STEM preferred)
    • 2+ years in a software product role working closely with development teams
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into everyday language
    • Strong teamwork skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
    • Non-essential but nice to have are an understanding of machine learning or data analytics as well as transport or public sector experience
