How you’ll be contributing to Accurx as an Product Marketing Lead…
We're at an exciting stage of our journey, with 98% of GP practices using us, growing across care settings and supporting care for over 65 million patients. We have ambitious plans to go even further to fix new parts of the health system, and that’s why we are looking for an experienced, and passionate Product Marketer to support us in the next stage of our growth.
Joining Accurx in this role, you’ll work closely with Go-To-Market and Product teams to bring the many benefits of our platform and its features to life and tell compelling stories to deepen our relationship with hundreds of thousands of NHS users. You’ll support campaigns to drive discovery, activation, and engagement for new and existing product features; you'll contribute to brand-level campaigns that tell the story of our impact and oversee the launch of exciting new features into different healthcare settings.
Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝…
- You will develop a deep understanding of our markets, users, and buyers to compose powerful, differentiated positioning of new and existing products. You’ll engage with qualitative and quantitative insights from research, market intelligence, product data, and user and customer feedback to help you do this. You’ll craft (and coach others to craft) impactful, persona-specific messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
- Building and iterating on these insights, you will launch and oversee strategies that will deepen the adoption of product features at each stage of the user journey, from onboarding and awareness to advocacy.
- You’ll create launch strategies to oversee how we take new products or features to market or existing features into new care settings
- You’ll re-design and streamline the ways that we communicate with our user base about new and existing features and you’ll revolutionise the way we track the impact of our user communications to achieve our goals.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Product Management, to translate technical features into user and customer-centric benefits.
- You’ll be a key voice in the business, acting as a champion for user needs.

- You’re a great all-rounder, able to think both analytically and empathetically to get inside the mind of different users. You take nothing on assumption and you’re curious, always asking ‘why?’
- You’re a great storyteller - able to take analysis, research and your user understanding and turn this into a compelling story that will excite users, patients, and commissioners of our products.
