The role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Growth Engineer with a bias towards Front-End to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on improving user engagement, conversion, and overall growth of Numan’s digital health platform through experimentation and rapid iteration.
You’ll be:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data analysts, to design and implement front-end solutions that align with Numan’s growth strategy.
- Leveraging modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Designing, building, and analysing A/B tests to optimise user interactions and conversion funnels.
- Continuously iterating on experiments based on data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Partnering with marketing, growth, product, and engineering teams to optimise the user journey and acquisition channels.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience with front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and responsive design principles.
- A solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and practical experience using experimentation platforms.
- Prior experience working with modern analytics stacks (e.g., Mixpanel) to make data-driven decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to thrive in an agile development environment.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of back-end development principles and API integration.
- Experience in the health-tech or digital health domain.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques or tools.
