The Role

As a Talent Partner, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor within the Talent Team, driving strategic hiring initiatives and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing organisation. Operating with autonomy, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for hires, with a focus on Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You’ll champion an exceptional candidate experience, aligning closely with Numan’s unique culture and values. 

You’ll be:

    • Leading strategic hiring efforts across Brand, Marketing, Commercial, and other growth-focused teams, overseeing all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
    • Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
    • Creating compelling job descriptions and campaigns that resonate with diverse candidate pools and showcase our mission.
    • Elevating the candidate experience, ensuring transparency, timely feedback, and a seamless process that leaves candidates with a lasting positive impression of Numan.
    • Driving inclusive hiring practices, ensuring a balanced pipeline and fostering diversity through thoughtful sourcing and selection approaches.
    • Building robust talent pipelines, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, Otta, and other platforms, and creating innovative sourcing strategies for both current and future needs.

    • Significant in-house recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring into Commercial, Brand, Marketing teams. 
    • Strong experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously, including sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
    • A data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics and insights to continuously improve hiring processes and inform strategic decisions.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
    • A proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach to hiring, employing creative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in competitive markets.
    • Experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
    • A passion for fostering professional relationships and championing a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms to build and manage talent pipelines effectively.

It’s a bonus if you have:

    • Previous experience with Lever (ATS).
    • Experience hiring in the Health Tech sector or other innovative, growth-focused industries.
