The Job

As the Pricing Product Manager / Analyst at Flo, you will play a pivotal role in driving the economic success of our app. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement monetisation projects that maximise conversion rates and lifetime value across various Flo segments and geographic regions. This includes leveraging different approaches such as pricing strategies, discount programs, and experimenting with diverse monetisation models.

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating comprehensive dashboards and reports to track and analyse the performance of your monetisation initiatives. You will work closely with commercial analysts, user acquisition specialists, and other product managers to ensure cohesive and data-driven decision-making.

This is a highly strategic position at Flo, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact and implement advanced methodologies to drive substantial growth for the company.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a product or financial analyst, or product manager, with a focus on optimising unit economics and developing financial models for digital products.
  • Expertise in international pricing optimization strategies and segment-specific pricing approaches.
  • Proven track record in developing promotional strategies for various lifecycle segments, including activation, reactivation, and seasonal sales.
  • Extensive experience with subscription-based business models and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of gathering and interpreting data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in creating and managing products on App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and competing demands.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing monetisation for a B2C app.
  • Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools.
  • Expertise in evaluating various B2C app monetisation models, including subscriptions, free trials, add-ons, and complementary products.
  • Experience with monetisation automation and machine learning techniques.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Analyse and identify opportunities to optimise pricing for various geographic regions and user segments within Flo, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Create and implement pricing tactics for Flo’s subscriptions, complementary subscriptions, and add-ons, aligning them with overall business goals and market trends.
  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies for lifecycle offers, ensuring they are tailored to different stages of the user journey, as well as for seasonal sales to boost revenue during peak periods.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting systems to monitor and evaluate the performance of monetisation activities, providing actionable insights to improve future projects.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance Flo's monetisation tools and systems.
  • Manage all company products in App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Collaborate with and provide expert advice to other product teams on best practices and strategies for effective monetisation.
