They work hard to deliver technology solutions that act as an enabler to overcome challenges, working closely with their partners to help them envision, design, build and run software applications and deliver unique services. From the redesign of intricate trading platforms to the integration of agile test processes to building serverless data pipelines to helping shape effective DevOps cultures, youā€™ll be given high levels of autonomy in a collaborative, pragmatic team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. Youā€™ll typically work in small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams solving tough software challenges with high levels of autonomy and value collaboration and pragmatism.

You can expect to work throughout the development stack, from richly interactive web applications to high performance backends. You will work with a diverse variety of platforms and modern architectures. Microservices, modern front-end frameworks, cloud, streaming and serverless

Requirements

  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations
  • Good experience and knowledge of the fundamentals in your main tech stack (Java or Python or .Net or JavaScript)
  • Experience of designing well-structured and maintainable applications
  • Experience of communicating your ideas to multiple audiences
  • An appetite to learn new technologies and approaches
