Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volkswagen, and other innovative brands.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team, a key role in supporting the product management team in driving the success of our product portfolio. While your role will vary, typically you will assist in the development, documentation and execution of business requirements, market research, and product lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Assist in creating product specifications and requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and market share, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Working with the Product Strategy team to monitor product performance metrics against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to the EV & energy markets.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and selling points.

  • Experiences that are essential:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as business analysis, product management / analysis or project management is desirable, ideally with a digital consumer business.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
  • Ability to maintain strong stakeholder relations and provide product support.
  • Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
