Through building and maintaining strong client relationships within your region, you will be responsible for owning the Sales cycle by having a strong entrepreneurial mindset and being an expert communicator and collaborator. Our Business Development Managers work with a number of internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Business Excellence, and Digital Product to continuously work to improve the way in which we execute the Allurion sales strategy.
Under Allurion's 4C Success Model, you will develop and drive growth and revenue results by using a consultative approach. You will need a thorough understanding of financial and marketing information to monitor results and the development of contingency plans. You will help to deliver maximum short-term impact and consistent long-term results across the Midlands and the North West of the UK.
This role can be based anywhere across the Midlands or the North West of the UK.
A high level of travel required within the territory. This will include overnight stays, trade shows, and corporate trainings.
Hours for this role may be flexible and will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Hiring Manager.
