The Job

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing technology roles.
  • Proven track record working with user acquisition and in-app growth marketing technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of UA/growth marketing technologies, including CRM, tracking and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in marketing and analytics is a plus.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the MarTech strategy, focusing on UA technologies, CRM, and data science models to enable growth (pLTV, churn model, next best action).
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive tooling for growth marketing campaigns within the app environment.
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive app-based initiatives.
  • Evaluate ROI and KPIs to measure the success of MarTech and growth marketing initiatives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in implementing best practices for UA and in-app marketing.
  • Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Report to C-level executives on MarTech strategies and performance metrics.
  • Together with engineering leadership, oversee the management of vendor relationships and marketing technology stacks.
  • Support 3-4 teams with vision and strategy. 

Salary range:
UK - ₤124,000 - ₤145,000 gross per year.

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
