We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across the US & UK markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-volume influencer campaigns.
- Manage large-scale influencer collaborations, ensuring strong content performance and brand alignment.
- Negotiate influencer partnerships, securing the best rates and ROI-driven deals.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Foster positive, long-term relationships with influencers for ongoing collaborations.
- Ensure attention to detail in contracts, content approvals, and campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and high-performing content formats.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-scale influencer campaigns in the US & UK markets.
- Ability to handle multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure high-impact partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Positive energy & can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of weight loss products or health & wellness is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Looker Studio, Superset.
- Experience with whitelisting and paid social amplification.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
