The Job

One of the key pillars to our growth is working closely with product teams and developing innovative new features, and bringing these to life for our customers.

Flo is looking for  a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies across various marketing verticals for our leading women's health app.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with at least 1 year focusing on cross functional planning. 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a marketing function, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry. 
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and experience developing integrated marketing plans.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and competing demands.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the main point of contact and build strong relationships with product owners, understanding their requirements and objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with the overall product vision.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Create project plans, timelines, documentation for GTM marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, UXR, design, content, and digital marketing, to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling campaign concepts, content, and creative assets. Ensure that marketing materials and messaging are consistent with the brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with teams such as product management, design, content, and analytics to ensure alignment and integration of marketing plans. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Create  guidelines for best practice GTM operations to make it easier to bring new features to market. 
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate cross-functional teams on our go-to-market principles, guidelines, and best practices.
