The Job

The Design team excels in enhancing user experience on our app through data-driven research, innovative content, and expert design execution. We're establishing a world-class function in a hyper-growth startup, and new team members will have the opportunity to shape the future.

We seek a skilled Product designer adept at creating exceptional human-centered experiences. You should be comfortable using data to inform design decisions, willing to experiment, and ready to challenge choices that don’t serve our users well.

As an integral team member, you will collaborate with various disciplines to explore solutions, working closely with product managers and stakeholders.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 4+ years in digital product design, with experience in monetization and growth.
  • A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user-centric approach, and impact through interaction and visual design.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and animations.
  • Strong collaboration skills within a product team environment.
  • Experience in usability testing with UX Researchers.
  • Proficiency in Figma and common design tools, with a good understanding of Design Systems and accessibility standards.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare.
  • Experience with premium features and promotions for mobile apps.
  • Collaboration with content designers for enhanced user impact.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Join the Premium team within our Commercial Stream, driving the app’s monetization strategy and aligning it with user needs.
  • Design experiments and initiatives to enhance user experience and meet commercial objectives.
  • Focus on in-app monetisation strategies to optimize the user journey and increase subscription value.
  • Empower women, girls, and menstruating individuals to understand their health better.
  • Work with UX researchers and data analysts to develop research plans and create data-driven, user-centered designs.
  • Support product managers and design leads in shaping initiatives and defining the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with content designers to co-design and visualize concepts.
  • Evolve design concepts from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Conduct discovery activities, run ideation sessions, and perform heuristic evaluations to identify and optimize areas for improvement

Salary Range - London - gross per year
£60,000£72,000 GBP
Salary Range - Vilnius - gross per month
€4.100€5.400 EUR

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
