We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our healthcare platform. The successful candidate will have a track record in launching and growing B2B or B2C digital healthcare platforms and will have significant experience within the digital healthcare industry.

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Product, the main responsibilities are listed below:

Take responsibility for the technical and commercial success of our myGP application used by patients, clinicians, GP practices, and commissioners.
Support the Head of Product in achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets for the platform and increase usage by ensuring that the key product KPIs are met.
Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team of developers, testers and designer and help the Head of Product deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the platform.
Collect and document product requirements, break them down into epics, user stories, and use cases, ensuring that stories are translated into technical requirements and quantifiable acceptance criteria.
Support with roadmap documentation, provide regular status updates and report on product KPIs regularly.
Be the internal voice of the customer and ensure that customers’ feedback and requirements are driving new feature developments and innovation.
Follow Agile processes and lead all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
Maintain product documentation using road mapping tools, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Ensure that major features are launched after final signoffs from the Head of Product and/or the executive team. Deputize for the Head of Product whenever needed.
Facilitate cross-departmental brainstorming to improve the quality of our platform.
Support the Product Team Lead with company-wide demonstrations, and client communications as needed.
Stay up to date with major developments and emerging trends within the digital health industry and key competitors.
Ensure that we are compliant with Clinical Risk and Information Governance regulations and liaise with appropriate stakeholders regarding these.
 
 
What we are looking for:
 
Essential:
Hands-on experience with B2B and/or B2C products in the digital health sector
Strong technical background and commercial acumen
Experience working in a fast-moving healthcare startup or SME
Experience working in an Agile framework (Scrum or Kanban)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management
Creative, innovative, and enthusiastic

Desirable:
Experience developing products for the NHS
