We are looking for a super collaborative commercially focused Product Manager to join our team to help grow one of Octopus Energy Group’s most exciting businesses and accelerate the British driving public on their energy transition.

We are building a whole new way for drivers to join the electric revolution. Not only can they learn about and shop for their EV online, but also experience a ‘lease for life’ through an industry-changing customer experience. The Product team is crucial in defining and bringing to market this vision while working hand in hand with all teams across the company to deliver it in record time. 

This role will focus on scaling our driver buying experience to supercharge our growth by continuously testing and iterating on our digital journey.  

What you'll do

    • Own the vision for the digital driver buying experience
    • Collaborate company-wide to map end-to-end customer journeys
    • Test hypotheses through analytics and user testing
    • Create outcome driven user stories with success metrics
    • Refine and prioritise backlog
    • Deliver frequent increments of value
    • Drive programme of continuous improvement through measurement and iteration

What you'll need

    • 3+ years experience as a Product manager
    • Notable experience of disruptive digital first B2C consumer propositions
    • Track record of relationship building across teams and business disciplines
    • History of successful delivery with engineering teams
    • Passion for elegant yet simple design
    • Strong storytelling skills 
    • Proven bias for action
    • Knack for measuring results
    • An interest in sustainability, green energy and zero-emissions transport
