What we do. Electric Car Leasing

Why we do it. Greener. Fairer. Future.

We’re helping the masses to join the electric driving revolution and we need your help.

We make it totally hassle free to switch to electric driving by giving customers the whole EV package. Car, charging, energy. The lot.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior CRM Marketing Manager to join our team on an interim basis to review our whole CRM programme. You will go under the hood and look at all our email nurture campaigns across our B2B and B2C programmes. You will also review our CRM tech and ensure we are fit for future growth with the best CRM programs and the best platform for our needs now and in the future.

Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract.

What you'll do...

    • You will help define and build out our CRM strategy across both B2B and B2C products, crafting detailed maps of our customer journey and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, improve commercial performance and address pain points.
    • Build out sophisticated nurture campaigns to maximise the effectiveness of our campaigns, tailoring content to the specific needs and preferences of different customer segments. That’ll mostly be in the email space, but from time to time you’ll look across broader marketing automation work too.
    • Review our CRM technology and software. You will assess our current CRM technology and give guidance as to how we maximise our current tech stack, work out what feature set is missing and what steps are required to build our capabilities.
    • Create briefs for the content team, so they can create the copy for the emails you’ll be sending out to our customers.
    • Give guidance and mentorship to our Email Marketing Manager and Email Marketing Executives. Making sure the technical expertise of the team is top notch.
    • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM initiatives in conjunction with our Marketing Analyst Manager.
    • Test & learn, then, test & learn again! Optimise performance by running A/B tests, measuring and analysing results to make the best decisions.
    • Prioritise requests from other departments, ensuring that you can understand what activities will have the biggest impact for our business goals.
    • Ensure that all customer data is managed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and is protected against breaches.

What you'll need...

    • Technical experience - you’ll have a minimum of 5 years experience running sophisticated email and CRM campaigns and a strong understanding of leading CRM platforms in the market. You will also be familiar with key marketing automation tools - e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo.
    • A data-driven approach - you’ll need to be great with numbers and able to analyse data with ease to make recommendations for improvements
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills - you will report progress against projects to senior stakeholders so will be adept at shaping data into compelling narratives to secure buy-in.
    • A creative mindset - we don’t take a typical approach to marketing and we need you to think differently about the challenges we need to overcome.
    • A can-do attitude - you need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
    • Ability to prioritise and think critically - there’s always a lot going on and loads of cool things we could do. You need to be able to decipher which tasks we should do.
    • Great teamwork - you’ll need to work across the whole marketing team and wider business to make our campaigns a massive success.
