Description

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home.

31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can screen for 18 of the most common pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers.

Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to ensure Hertility Health stands out from the crowd in our mission to revolutionise women’s reproductive health.

The role will sit at the intersection of our customers, our product, and the commercial side of organisation. Our team is responsible for embedding market knowledge and customer segmentation within product teams so that we are building what our customers need and then successfully bringing those products to market.

We are growing quickly and whilst the below gives you a great understanding of your role and responsibilities, this will constantly evolve:

  • Create product value propositions that address the pain points and needs of our customers.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Commercial teams to create a go-to-market plan and the resulting product launch materials and sales collateral.
  • Work with Data teams to implement a measurement and tracking framework to manage performance/adoption of launches.
  • Work with the Head of Growth to articulate the overall product value proposition for key customer and buyer segments.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for Hertility’s product(s).
  • Create product collateral, ensuring that all messaging regarding the product is accurate and compelling.
  • Work closely with the product team on content creation specifically about the product, including web page content, sales decks etc.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to ensure product benefits are communicated effectively to our target audience across email, social media, website content etc.

Requirements

Your mission is to help your dedicated product tribe prioritise what our customers need most and then activating those products and features in market.

We'd love for you to have:

  • Experience in product marketing for a tech-led product.
  • Experience managing large scale product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Worked in and thrive in fast growth companies.
  • A desire to be at the intersection of strategy and execution.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done at pace, leveraging strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, articulating complex ideas in effective and understandable ways.

Benefits

We are a young, dynamic team revolutionising women’s health. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will get a salary of between £60k - £70k + equity options as well as:
