About The Team

Life360 Devices division is actively recruiting for Sr. Director of Channel Sales and Marketing, EMEA to drive business growth and responsible for channel strategy with a focus on EMEA Retail business that is part of the Devices business unit. About the Job

As the key individual responsible for driving channel growth, it is crucial that you excel in developing and executing deliverables to attain our channel growth objectives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in channel and market growth by effectively planning and executing the channel business plan in alignment with our Global Devices Strategy. Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of existing business, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, managing quotas and budgets, as well as implementing and managing a comprehensive channel program strategy to boost revenue and market share. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated track record of success in retail and subscription experience, with a strong ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver against annual revenue and profit sales plans for the Retail and  Enterprise business channels, within set promotional spending budget and while strategically launching new products
  • Analyze industry/market level trends, retail sales performance, individual account data, and competitive activity to produce monthly sales reports, forecast updates and continuously improve our market reach and increase profitable sales and revenue
  • Align sales and marketing with the brand and mission by creating and tracking key performance indicators at the organizational and team levels
  • Identify new sales opportunities, secure high-level appointments, and manage opportunities to close deals consistently and drive profitable sales growth
  • Build annual and seasonal marketing plans for Retail channels that deliver both on brand and business goals, working closely with various cross-functional teams
  • Oversee the channel marketing and promotion budgeting strategy and process; setting spend allocation across the year and account priorities
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop a Retail GTM strategy. Translate Global objectives into strategic omnichannel programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention to achieve the company revenue goal
  • Own the overall channel partner performance to meet all elements of the channel strategic vision, commitment, and revenue target
  • Manage channel conflict with clear rules of engagement
  • Developing and maintaining partner relationships and collateral materials
  • Partner across organization, external sales agency and distribution partners to ensure delivery against plan

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record growing retail business in CE industry with 10+ years of experience
  • Results oriented, Analytical, Organized, Courageous
  • Experience influencing and getting results in a highly matrixed environment. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who can both develop a plan and execute with success
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptive, and creative problem solver
  • Ability to work and collaborate remotely with US/California HQ
  • Strong knowledge of business processes
  • Outstanding organization and leadership skills
  • Great communicator/presenter
  • Able and willing to travel as required.
