About you
As Senior Producer you are responsible for leading and supporting the Production workflow for key stakeholders within Zoe.


This role requires managing small, medium and larger campaigns while maintaining a strong project management skill set, organisational prowess, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Industry awareness, including emerging trends and technologies, is crucial.

You'll be a part of our in-house creative team focusing on photo, video, and editorial content — to execute projects while driving deadlines and managing creative budgets. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, strong project management and production skills, and a thirst for changing the lives of millions through nutrition.

You will...

    • Translate the company’s vision and strategy into creative directions 
    • Video production experience for a digital media agency, production house, or in-house creative is essential. Working with contractors and agencies, organising shoots, preparing scripts, and supervising post-production.
    • A strong portfolio of successful, high-quality impactful work. Still + Motion.
    • Guide the production of internal and externally-produced pieces, from shorts to documentary-style clips, recipe creation, still photography, etc.
    • Help identify compelling story ideas and filter what should/shouldn’t be produced as a video segment vs. graphic design, infographics, still photos, or other content formats.
    • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Product and Marketing to execute a range of projects.
    • Manage resources and project timelines
    • Help develop operational and production processes enabling a more streamlined approach to quarter-over-quarter requests from stakeholders
    • Help the Head of Content and Creative Director with resourcing and prioritisation of incoming requests

This role will be a great fit if...

    • 7+ years of working experience, at agencies and ideally some time spent at digital product/service companies
    • Video production experience for a digital media agency, production house, or in-house creative, including working with contractors and agencies, organising shoots, preparing scripts, and supervising post-production.
    • Possesses a strong combination of creativity and attention to detail focusing on what and how to translate/interpret an idea to completed video and final deliverables..
    • Highly skilled at planning, budgeting, and vendor negotiation.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects with the ability to anticipate and problem-solve potential hurdles.
    • Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals and stakeholders
    • Visually stunning work, leading rather than following trends
    • Agency experience—fast-paced, handling multiple projects for multiple clients at once
    • Solid understanding of working with success metrics
    • Actively engaged with what’s happening in the world of arts & culture
