Required Skills:
- 3 years' plus experience in recruitment
- Attraction of top talent supporting various teams including Marketing & Growth, Mobile and Web Development, and Product Teams
- Full-cycle recruitment from briefing stage to negotiation and closing
- Provide a high level candidate experience, making sure no candidate falls through the cracks
- Strong sourcing background, especially within Europe, UK and US
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with typical talent tech stacks and tools - Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter etc
- Metric focused - can calculate time to hire, cost to hire, quality of hire etc
- Help build the hiring strategy for future pipelines.
