The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Organic Performance (SEO) Manager to help us carry our message further. In this role, you’ll be crucial in reshaping how people access and perceive healthcare services, making it as seamless as purchasing everyday items online.

As our Organic Performance Manager, you’ll craft and execute strategies to enhance our organic growth and expand our visibility online. A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate in developing the appropriate content strategies to effectively meet customer needs and intents. You’ll own the SEO strategy across On-page, off-page and technical SEO.

You will work closely with teams across the business to drive visibility across various search engines and contexts. Whether it’s assisting a visitor exploring healthcare services for the first time or aiding a current customer in navigating our service options, your goal will be to ensure our content is accessible, useful, and reflects the highest standards.

This role, set in a fast-paced environment, demands adaptability, quick learning, and an enthusiastic hands-on approach to support team initiatives. Frequent collaboration with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Content, and PR departments will be commonplace, requiring you to deliver clear, decisive communication and maintain a confident stance on discussions about Organic Performance.

Ideal candidates will revel in a dynamic setting, with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience while driving organic traffic increases for Numan.

You’ll be:

    • Developing keyword strategies and collaborating on overall SEO strategies with your line manager.
    • Designing both on-site and off-site SEO strategies in cooperation with the Digital, Content, and PR teams.
    • Managing relationships with the PR team and external agencies for outreach projects to expand our backlink profile.
    • Tracking search trends, analysing search landscapes, and leading content briefs to leverage emerging demands.
    • Prioritising SEO best practices and optimal user experience across our digital platforms.
    • Collaborating with the Product team to ensure excellence in content strategy and technical implementation.
    • Completing technical SEO tasks, including crawl and log file analysis and SEO audits.

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • Proven experience in an SEO or similar role, working with Product, PR, Content, and Paid Marketing teams.
    • Proficiency in BI tools like GA360/GA4, Pi Datametrics, GSC, Looker, etc., for data-driven decision-making.
    • Skilled in using SEO tools such as Lumar (DeepCrawl) and Screaming Frog for detailed analysis.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Experience in developing keyword strategies and implementing SEO tactics.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
    • A passion for remaining up to date with the latest SEO news.

It’s a bonus if you have:

    • A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience operating in a regulated business.
    • Experience in working across international markets.
