Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home.

31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can screen for 18 of the most common pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers.

Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

The role

We are seeking a performance-driven B2B Marketing Lead to build, define, lead and execute a B2B marketing strategy. You’ll be someone who loves building growth strategies, executing campaigns to generate, nurture and convert leads, and grow existing partnerships.

You’ll be working closely with the whole business in driving new growth for the business and building upon existing relationships with the aim of winning new client accounts, launching marketing campaigns and tracking key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Building and driving B2B Marketing strategy, working towards building a larger sales pipeline and building on existing relationships.
  • Building the brand proposition in the hearts and minds of employers.
  • Establishing multi-channel campaigns, scaling our network of potential clients and delivering quality leads for our sales team.
  • Managing the end-to-end campaign process, from planning to execution and analysis.
  • Developing campaign KPIs working towards broader growth targets.
  • Working with brand marketers on sales enablement efforts.
  • Working with the commercial team to identify & build target industries, personas, and company profiles.
  • Planning and delivering B2B events, webinars, newsletters and any other sales based collateral.
  • Independently driving multiple projects at a time, meeting tight deadlines, and pushing projects further than expected.
  • Working closely with the team to maintain HubSpot and ensure it’s used to drive efficiencies.
  • Building a rigorous ABM strategy to deliver the required lead generation.
  • Working with the B2B sales team to define target sectors, accounts and individuals.
  • Executing a joined-up ABM strategy to convert those sectors, accounts and leads, experimenting with campaigns across digital channels and media.
  • Supporting brand building and ABM with thought leadership and events (including podcasts, conference talks, dinners with our key leads etc).
  • Being able to report on Marketing ROI.
  • Delivering clear ROI analysis of all TOFU activities.
  • Delivering clear ROI analysis on the full set of ABM channel activities by channel and campaign.
  • Regularly optimising by channel and campaign to improve ROI.
  • Delivering target new clients in partnership with B2B sales each year.
  • Working closely with the team to maintain HubSpot and ensure it’s used to drive efficiencies.

Requirements

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 3+ years experience working in B2B marketing, including all stages of the marketing funnel and numerous channels i.e. email, SEO, events etc.
  • Experience working with a CRM, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience working in consumer and/or healthcare sectors (preference).
  • You have worked within a startup / small company that has scaled.
  • You're mission-driven and care about positively impacting lives.
  • You're passionate about improving women’s health.
  • You're excited by change and a fast-paced learning environment.
  • You’re analytically minded and love solving problems.
  • You're an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex to simple, bringing your ideas to life.
  • You’re solutions driven - when you see something not working, you'll flag it and be part of the solution.
