About our Clinical Product Team
We’re looking for a Clinical Product Manager to join our team and help us build world-class men’s healthcare products. You are enthusiastic about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes and experiences and are looking for a exciting and rewarding role with a fast-growing company.

At Numan, you’ll be surrounded by people who are passionate about our mission and driven to solve big problems within men’s healthcare. Our clinical product managers work at the core of multi-disciplinary teams (design, engineering, clinical, data, CX) to build products that impact patients’ lives on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, clinicians, and data analysts to develop and launch new clinical products
    • Define clinical product requirements, develop use cases, and contribute to the creation of product roadmaps
    • Collaborate extensively with clinical teams to understand their needs and ensure that product features align with clinical workflows and best practices
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge in general health encompassing men’s health conditions, diagnostics and weight loss in accordance to our prescribing areas
    • Help develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered.
    • Monitor market trends and offerings to identify new opportunities and ensure that our clinical products remain competitive.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and other forms of customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience and product performance
    • Collaborate with the Clinical Governance Lead to ensure that products comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, such as MHRA and CQC regulations
    • Partake in incident investigations, proactively identify and voice concerns regarding clinical risks and implement clinical product recommendations to reduce clinical risks
    • Coordinate regular team meetings to allow the team to voice and contribute to service improvement initiatives
    • Provide training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that they are able to effectively use and promote our clinical products
    • Effectively communicate and prioritise product requirements, taking into consideration clinical risks, efficiencies, and desired outcomes.
    • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on initiatives and features to secure buy-in, feedback and support.
    • Work in a highly regulated environment, with responsibility for products that can be genuinely life-changing.

Who you are

    • You are an experienced clinician with a passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes and experiences.
    • You have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and healthcare technology, and are able to translate this knowledge into product requirements and features that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients. Excellent IT literacy and a history of working with electronic health record systems
    • You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and make informed choices that align with our company's mission and goals.
    • Passionate about delivering best in class patient care, exercising lateral thinking
    • You are an analytical and creative problem-solver, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and translate them into actionable product features and requirements.
    • You are an effective communicator, with the ability to communicate complex clinical workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • You are a team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, clinicians, and data analysts.
    • You are committed to continuous learning and growth, and are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare and technology industries.
