This is a unique opportunity for an energetic, passionate marketing / media sales gun to join us in this newly-created role at EV charging/out-of-home media company, JOLT. 

Reporting into the Head of Marketing - ANZ, and closely aligned with the media Advertising Sales team, the Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing/sales strategies for EV charging customers, advertising clients and partners. 

This dynamic role involves a broad range of JOLT's business strategies, including: analyzing audience data platforms, executing client campaigns, managing customer communications, overseeing photography/videography shoots, drafting PR releases, briefing creative concepts with designers, creating social media posts, and developing partner presentations.

This person will work with the team to execute a multi-layered Marketing and Communications plan across three parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities include

    • Advertising (clients): working with the Sales team to generate data-led solutions and implement campaigns for advertiser clients, utilising JOLT’s digital out-of-home media network. Including working with tech/platform partners, campaign management, reporting
    • EV charging customers: execute strategies to connect with/acquire EV-charging customers, via brand and acquisition marketing strategies
    • Government/partners: implement communications to connect with government and partners to address sustainability objectives and EV strategies.

About you

    • You will have the desire and willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems in an agile, fast-paced environment with a hands-on culture to get the job done
    • You have a broad, versatile skillset, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude, strong data analytics, an appreciation for cutting-edge design and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
    • Established business acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Confidence/experience in dealing with extensive internal/external stakeholders at a variety of levels; including everything from regular meetings with JOLT management, project managing designers and photographers to PR and agencies.
    • A passion for green energy and the electrification of transport
