About the role

As Marketing Executive you will be working closely with the wider marketing, sales and product teams, to help build integrated campaigns across all channels and customer touchpoints.

You will;

    • Have ownership over the brand estate
    • Develop engaging content strategies Endorse brand messaging as a guardian Have stewardship over product positioning  
    • Oversee PR (inc agency management) 
    • Run UK&I Event Calendar (end-to-end)
    • Develop & approve creative & copy Support with business reporting 
    • Be accountable for performance & KPIs

    • In completing the above tasks , you will grow to understand our customers, product suite and market - working alongside the wider marketing team to drive growth in all areas of the business.

      Using this knowledge, along with metrics and data, you’ll create compelling content that builds on our thought leadership positioning, educating the industry about the art of the possible in AI. Having established the hook, your content will work across channels and throughout the customer journey to convert engagement into action. 

      You are a dynamic thinker who is ready for a wide remit of responsibilities - no day will be the same in this role. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality over all deliverables. You are a natural collaborator, who has the ability to think strategically, as well as getting your hands dirty at the front line of marketing delivery.

      You will grow expeditiously in this role if you are ambitious and up for the challenge, and you’ll quickly fine-tune your skills to help us transition from a start-up to scale-up. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivering clear and compelling content for online and offline formats, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, emails, social media, adverts, articles and whitepapers
    • Using analytics to improve content creation and optimisation
    • Researching and developing topics to write about and putting forward ideas for content
    • Liaising with PR, creative and media agencies
    • Being our brand guardian, ensuring our language and tone of voice is delivered consistently in communications across the business internally and externally
    • Supporting communication and organisation for events
    • Supporting other marketing projects, including data management, and monthly metrics reports

Requirements:

    • Content marketing

    • Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:
    • Experience marketing technical products
    • Experience in transportation or Smart Cities
    • Experience working with local authorities
    • Experience working in start-up environments
    • Knowledge of marketing platforms such as WordPress, Mail Chimp, Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, InDesign, Pipedrive, Google Analytics and SEO
