The Role

You’ll be responsible for establishing a concise narrative, grounded in data, which you can communicate effectively to your stakeholders. You’ll be supported by the wider team as well as our Data Engineers to ensure that the right data is available in our data pipeline.

You will swiftly become a proficient expert in Numan's data landscape, positioning yourself as a valued advocate and representative for our data team. Your expertise will not only contribute to our team's success but also drive data driven findings across the business.

You’ll be

    • Taking ownership of suite of clinical dashboards and maintain them in line with business needs Clinical Operations team.
    • Providing deep-dive analysis when required or around understanding observed fluctuations in metrics.
    • Lighting up new reporting artifacts when new clinical data becomes available.
    • Helping forecast demand to assist with capacity planning.
    • Understand the performance of the Warehousing Operations team (output, late deliveries).
    • Forecasting deliveries at a daily and weekly basis to assist with capacity planning.
    • Maintaining key reports needed for daily stock management, predicting coverage and at-risk stock.
    • Owning and develop unit economics sources and pipeline.
    • Surfacing relevant insights from support tickets for our Customer Care team.
    • Owning suite of reports used by the Customer Care team.

We’re looking for someone who has

    • Basic SQL skills with experience of Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, etc.
    • Experience doing quantitative analysis (either academically or within industry), ideally with some of that time within a digital product environment.
    • The ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a concise and engaging manner and strong stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in using data analytics tools to analyse large datasets and derive meaningful metrics. Design, Implementation and generation of business facing dashboards.
    • A strong collaboration mindset, willing to learn from others. Curious and not afraid to ask the dumb questions.
    • The ability to work on your own, is self-motivated, and pivots towards pragmatic solutions that have a big impact.
    • Storytelling, able to communicate complex data issues to a non-technical audience.
    • Familiarity with metrics that drive the business; conversion, engagement, retention.
    • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
