Description

We have doubled in size in the last 12 months, and we are now looking for a Revenue Operations Executive to join our growing team.

As a Revenue Operations Executive, you will interact with various teams from throughout the sales process to support the Revenue Operations function within the business to accelerate growth and provide more predictable revenue, by unifying and optimising the processes that generate the company’s revenue.

To support the facilitation and the convergence of marketing, sales, and the customer success team to drive full funnel accountability across the revenue engine.

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, your role will be key in supporting the Revenue Operations Manager and Director to achieve their KPIs and support the revenue team within SVP.

An important aspect of this will be the facilitation and convergence of marketing, sales, and the customer success team in order to drive full funnel accountability across the revenue engine.


Here’s some of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Work with the Revenue Operations Director and Manager to maintain a live sales process and CRM (customer management) map, continuously looking for process improvements and working on projects that come up reflecting the business needs.
  • Prepare and issue documentation for the Sales and Customer Success team when required and update SFDC accordingly, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy of the contracts that are issued.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyse key performance and forecasting metrics.
  • Work with the Rev Ops team to implement training, onboard new sales team members, and monitor compliance across the sales journey.
  • Supporting with monthly and quarterly reports in preparation for management and board level presentations.
  • Extracting and presenting data findings to support sales journey improvement projects.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that opportunities are invoice ready
  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams as internal customers.

CRM Administration
  • Assist with the management of the correct usage of the company CRM system, providing sales process training where needed.
  • Assist with the implementation of guides and new procedures as required.
  • Maintain data in CRM to ensure accuracy when reporting across the wider business.
  • Maintenance of the E-signing process for all sales contracts.

Requirements

  • You enjoy and work well in a team but are also a self-starter and can work proactively outside of day-to-day tasks to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
  • You have attention to detail and excellent analytical, organisational & communication skills.
  • You enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of internal projects.
  • You have an interest in making a difference, sustainability, and social value.
  • Computer literacy essential (Ideal: Office 365, SharePoint)
  • You will have excellent organisation and time management skills and an ability to prioritise requests from a large team.
  • Previous administrative experience (2-5 yrs.) ideally in a sales operations/support role
  • Desirable: Experience working on Salesforce or another CRM cloud software application. E-signature software. Intermediate/Advanced level Excel
