The Job

We’re currently on the lookout for a Product Manager toto lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, content, and analysts. Based in London and reporting to our Product Director for Martech.

This role is a maternity cover on a fixed term contract of 14 months, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of the responsibilities and initiatives pertaining to Flo’s SEO and CRO strategies . 

As a Website Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of the company's website focussed on user acquisition from organic search channels and converting users through the web onboarding flow. 

The role will be support the Martech and Marketing functions in growing this acquisition channel in 2025 and increasing revenue and user acquisition targets to the Flo app as part of a cross functional team of Engineering, SEO, UXR, Content, Design, Analytics, Medical, and Visual team members who are all dedicated to the organic website domain.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Experience driving website optimisation to measurably drive B2C revenue growth; 
  • Significant (usually 5+ years) of experience in product management, with a focus on web-based products and services;
  • Strong (usually 3+ years) of experience in conversion rate optimisation, with a track record of driving improvements in website conversion rates through experimentation with a key commercial focus;
  • Proven experience with conversion Tracking and Analytics tools: Implementing and maintaining conversion tracking systems such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker, and other relevant tools;
  • Familiarity with CRO tools and technologies, such as A/B testing tools, heatmaps, session recordings, user feedback tools, and other relevant software;
  • Strong knowledge of website design, development, and optimization, including an understanding of web technologies such as Content Management Systems, and development methodologies;
  • Strong understanding of user experience, SEO strategy, technical SEO principles and mobile responsiveness;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product development processes from ideation to launch, with a focus on user-centric design and agile methodologies;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret user data to inform product prioritisation;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise workload within a cross functional discipline.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in driving website optimisation to drive increased uptake of B2C subscription products; 
  • Previous experience working with or for women's health and wellness, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this market.
  • Former Health Tech experience.
  • Working for a subscription based business and/or app-first business
  • Former experience working in an SEO product role at a subscription business.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving CRO strategy and product roadmap for flo.health's website up to the onboarding funnel
  • Enabling Marketing's SEO strategy through landing page development and technical SEO implementation
  • Managing the website development process, adhering to company sprint schedules and team rituals
  • Ensuring website design is current, consistent, and optimised for user engagement and subscription conversions
  • Developing and executing a website product roadmap aligned with company strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content, analytics and marketing)
  • Building and maintaining a prioritised product backlog, leveraging data analysis to size revenue opportunities
  • Conducting and analysing user research, including A/B tests and usability studies, to inform product decisions and improve user experience
  • Defining product requirements, prioritising features, and managing the development process using Jira
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on SEO traffic growth, page conversion, and user acquisition metrics
  • Reporting progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Overseeing website content management to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company branding
  • Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness
  • Collaborating with the onboarding teams to ensure a seamless end to end user experience
  • Coordinating with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to health data privacy regulations

You'll be targeted on:

  • Growth of the SEO traffic through product-lead landing page and technical SEO development;
  • Increase of revenue from subscriptions through website Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
