The Sr Program Manager, Channel Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering channel content and campaigns that extend awareness for our solutions through channel partners and channel sales teams.

As well as driving the delivery of channel programmes in the UKI and ANZ regions. They are chartered with building processes for channel engagement and channel-led demand generation. 


    • In collaboration with the global channel marketing team and local sales team, develop quarterly and yearly marketing plans built to increase partner awareness and drive demand.
    • Define, build, and implement strategic channel marketing programmes to increase awareness, and drive revenue and support in the UKI and ANZ.
    • Publish campaign plans, consolidate calendars and manage budgets.
    • Establish email nurture campaigns to support the growth and retention of channel partners.
    • Support channel partner marketing activities via the MDF programme built to expand knowledge, partner retention and advocacy. Including establishing a process for tracking and reporting on that activity.
    • Research, choose, craft and lead live, virtual and hybrid channel partner events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
    • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of programmes and events.
    • Work closely with third parties such as distribution marketing teams to build and drive marketing plans and external agencies to ensure consistent and relevant messaging
    • Lead resources on the Partner Portal and evaluate levels of engagement with content.

Skills & Experience:

    • 5 + years of experience
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Vidyard, and WordPress or similar advantageous
    • Experience in the Ed Tech space is an advantage but not crucial.
    • Innovative, resourceful, and creative program management.
    • Ability to make recommendations based on insight, experience, and data.
    • Possess experience working with channel sales, running events, and marketing campaigns.
    • Experience and/or knowledge of content marketing strategies.
