The Job
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in CRM Campaign Management to create engaging and converting communications across our multiple channels and markets. This will be a 9 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
You will have a customer-first mind-set and ensure all communications align with this mentality. We have multiple channels available so you will be able to play with push, emails, and various in-app messaging formats. The aim is to maximise subscription rate, grow customer retention and prevent churn of our Track audience.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and data driven environment, you’ll be a key player contributing to the growth of the company. This is a cross-functional role and the successful candidate will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, Design, MarTech, Analytics and other teams. You can build strong partnerships with your stakeholders, negotiate and influence them.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Strong experience in CRM Campaign Management - you know what great customer focused CRM looks like
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of generating innovative and insights-driven marketing outputs with the goal of driving deeper relationships with our customers and extending CLTV
- A data driven, analytical and results oriented mindset. You must be comfortable with delving into all aspects of data, scruitinising results and identifying what works / doesn’t and new opportunities
- You understand business metrics and funnel optimisation
- Storyteller - you have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage different audiences. You can bridge quantitative and qualitative insights and build an effective message.
- You have a diligent attention to detail, strong technical and numerical intuition
- Background of working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, managing campaigns from conception through to delivery
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent initiative with a can-do problem solving attitude
- Test and learn approach to campaign activity
- Must be able to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively

- B2C Experience;
- Experience working within Health Technology;
- Strong understanding of the cultural zeitgeist, female health and well-being brands, market dynamics and core consumer audience;
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Campaign Development
- Be a subject matter expert on the ideal user journey for our Track cycle users. You put the customer first and leverage data to inform decisions and drive engagement
- Apply personalised lifecycle strategies to develop and execute impactful campaigns across multiple channels
- Overseeing the day to day production of the Campaign development process which involves scoping the campaign through to broadcast - working closely with other teams in the business (Product, content,Medical,Analytics, MarTech)
- Working with designers and copywriters to develop engaging communications across channels to deliver against business OKRs
- Working with Analysts and Marketing Ops to identify target audiences for our communications ensuring relevance
- Working with Engineers to oversee the final set up and broadcast of campaigns ensuring high quality delivery
- Creating meaningful tests to understand how we can drive best levels of engagement based on a constant test & learn approach.
Customer Excellence
- Champion the customer and ensure that all planned campaign activity keeps the customer at the forefront. Be prepared to challenge.
- Know what works and doesn’t work by keeping abreast of Insights and Reporting at a regional level.
- Establish good ways of working / processes for the Growth Marketing team to ensure effective delivery of campaigns & optimisations.
Support
- Support & mentor junior members of the team
- ideate on new and exciting CRM initiatives to improve how we engage with our customers
- Collaborate with our monetisation team to maximise subscription rate and grow our active user base.
- Collaborate with our product marketing team to bring value to our active user base.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure we understand our customer pain points and bring solutions together to make our offering more customer centric.
Salary Range:
LT - €4300 - €4700 gross per month
UK - £70000 - £80000 per annum
Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
