About the position

As a Senior Talent Partner based in our London office, you will work closely with leaders in our Go-To-Market and Corporate Practices hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Corporate roles. You will help build their teams by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing top candidates. Through your strong relationships and thorough understanding of the needs of the practice, the team, and the role beyond the job description, you will be a trusted advisor providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. As the sole Recruiter for our EMEA region, you will have ownership of end to end recruitment, coordination, and hiring strategy. You will be a true culture first ambassador, creating meaningful candidate experiences, selling the Culture Amp vision, and communicating thoughtfully both internally and externally.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract position through December 31, 2024. Please note, this is a hybrid position. Ability to commute to our London office 1-2 days a week is required. Remote applications will not be considered. 

You Will: 

  • Provide full-lifecycle recruiting for non-technical, EMEA and the occasional North-America based positions including running weekly meetings with hiring managers, interviewing candidates, facilitating debriefs and calibration sessions, and closing/extending offers
  • Leverage data to develop recruitment strategies, advise hiring managers, and serve as a subject matter expert for your roles
  • Manage a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing and reviewing inbound resumes and referrals 
  • Partner with a global team of Talent Partners to share best practices, collaborate and learn from each other 
  • Participate in project work that not only aligns with your interests and development goals, but helps advance the TA Teams' capabilities 

What you bring to this role:

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Source and identify future Campers and amplify diverse talent using LinkedIn and an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a bonus!) Lead the hiring process in partnership with the hiring manager, establish a world-class candidate experience, and successfully negotiate and close candidates.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Effectively articulate value and thoughts to candidates and leaders. Proactively keep stakeholders apprised of candidate and process developments. Listen well and seek to understand. Able to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Business Partnering. Provide guidance to leaders on the recruiting process, enabling them to do great hiring and build long-term success. Comfortable being the subject matter expert and holding managers accountable. Respond quickly to questions and go the extra mile to provide a great experience for candidates and leaders.
  • Great organization and follow-up skills.  Ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and stay on top of all issues, always. Keep candidates in the loop, including providing them with feedback and responding to all inquiries. Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of roles across different locations is essential.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. If the information you seek isn't available, you are comfortable leaning on your experience and judgement to make quick decisions. 
  • A hunger to learn and grow. You look for opportunities to make an impact that will help you achieve your professional goals while also contributing to the greater TA team and business as a whole
