Role: Executive Assistant

Location: London (or within a 1 hour commute)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer


Equal Education Partners is recruiting on behalf of a London-based education group. Our client is a leading provider of transformative educational experiences to students across the world, including both in-person and online programmes.


Role objectives:

● Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, including managing scheduling meetings, taking minutes at meetings, managing expenses and handling correspondence.
  • OKR tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and Senior Management as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with discretion.

● Office Management:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs when necessary.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

● Recruitment Experience:

  • Search for candidates using different channels.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Onboarding talent.

● Market Research & Data Collection:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather data, analyse trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to assist in decision-making processes.

● Company Activities and Events:

  • Organise and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute events that foster a positive and an engaging work environment.

● Marketing Support Activities:

  • Creating and updating surveys.
  • Writing copies for Senior Management communication on social media.


● Ad-hoc Personal Support:

  • Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a similar role providing executive-level support and office management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software, such as Asana.
  • Experience in using recruitment, Excel and data entry with CRMs.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and the office.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
