Role: Executive Assistant
Location: London (or within a 1 hour commute)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Equal Education Partners is recruiting on behalf of a London-based education group. Our client is a leading provider of transformative educational experiences to students across the world, including both in-person and online programmes.
Role objectives:
● Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, including managing scheduling meetings, taking minutes at meetings, managing expenses and handling correspondence.
- OKR tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and Senior Management as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
● Office Management:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
● Recruitment Experience:
- Search for candidates using different channels.
- Conduct interviews.
- Onboarding talent.
● Market Research & Data Collection:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Gather data, analyse trends, and prepare comprehensive reports to assist in decision-making processes.
● Company Activities and Events:
- Organise and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute events that foster a positive and an engaging work environment.
● Marketing Support Activities:
- Creating and updating surveys.
- Writing copies for Senior Management communication on social media.
● Ad-hoc Personal Support:
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands as needed.
