The Role: Equal Education Partners Graduate Management Programme

At Equal Education Partners we are looking for up to three highly capable individuals to join the company's newly created Graduate Management Programme.

This programme will enable excellent graduates to join our growing company in cross-divisional and rotational roles working across three or four of our teams over a period of 18-24 months.

Our teams include: Leadership; Finance & HR; Marketing; Education Recruitment; Teaching & Learning (Tutoring & Professional Learning); and Higher Education & STEM Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  1. Taking ownership of 3-4 priority projects within a team over a period of six months
  2. Rotating through three to four teams over the course of 18-24 months
  3. Contributing meaningfully to the work of each team throughout the cross-divisional rotational programme
  4. Discovering where within the company you would like to develop your career beyond the period of the graduate management programme.

Examples of priority projects could include:

  • Managing a high impact project for our Higher Education Partnerships team (e.g. creation and running of a summer school, management of a mentoring programme or organisation of an international education visit for learners or education professionals)
  • Owning our engagement and CRM strategy across all divisions of the business
  • Creating Equal Education Partners' Annual Impact Report
  • Implementing and executing a process for collating and presenting key cross-divisional performance information across the company
  • Supporting our Finance Manager with the production of monthly & quarterly reports and project finance processes
  • Managing a series of outreach events for our Recruitment or Tutoring teams or events for our partnership teams
  • Managing a tendering (contract bidding) process with guidance from a senior director
  • Preparing pitch materials and managing business development opportunities through various stages of the pipeline
  • Supporting our Candidate Recruitment Manager to streamline the candidate engagement recruitment process for our Education Recruitment team
  • Supporting the Equal Education Partners leadership team with special projects
  • Implementing a new system for managing the organisation and scheduling of high volumes of 1:1 tutoring for our Tutoring team
  • Managing the content & communication strategy for our internal marketing needs or for a client project focused on student recruitment
  • Supporting our digital marketing or brand & design strategy

Requirements

Successful candidates must have:

  • A university degree of any discipline (humanities, social sciences, arts, languages or STEM degree holders are all encouraged to apply)
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to producing high quality work consistently
  • A commitment to self-improvement and the ability to take and implement constructive feedback effectively
  • A high degree of ownership, responsibility and accountability for completing work allocated
  • An interest in contributing meaningfully to the work of at least three of our six teams (Leadership; Finance & HR; Marketing; Education Recruitment; Teaching & Learning; and Higher Education & STEM Partnerships)
  • The ability to contribute meaningfully to new teams and work with different people and managers effectively
  • The ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and conscientiousness in all that you do
