Junior Content Coordinator (Hybrid) Omaze

We are looking for a Junior Content Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality content to key team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating content delivery on our website and social media platforms.

Role

The Junior Content Coordinator will collaborate with all relevant Omaze stakeholders to ensure campaign content is delivered on time and meets our quality and format standards. This role will also play a critical part in ensuring that the website remains up-to-date throughout the various campaign phases. 

Responsibilities:

CONTENT DELIVERY

  • Coordinate reviews and approvals of all relevant content and ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that all content deliverables meet our standards for quality & format 
  • Communicate regularly with relevant team members to ensure that content delivery meets their needs and keep them updated on content creation timelines
  • Manage and maintain the content library, including organizing and archiving files and assets in our Google Drive.

WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and update the content on the website using a content management system (CMS), such as Shopify, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Own the change management process for updating assets and copy on the website, including working with the Marketing, Experience & Development teams to ensure that all changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented.
  • Conduct regular website checks to identify any fix required, such as broken links, outdated information, or typos. 
  • Maintain the content calendar to ensure that all website content is updated regularly and aligned with CRM and Social Campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on website content updates, and any issues or challenges encountered.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Project Management, or a related field preferred (but not required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in content coordination, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
