Overview
Espresso has been in schools since 1997 and is much loved by teachers and pupils. We recently revamped the service and moved it, into a new platform with new features and benefits. We are now looking to bring espresso to the next level.
Discovery Education is seeking a Product Designer to join our Espresso product team in Bath, UK. A keen aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, combined with a user-centered methodology, is critical for success. You will work directly with our researchers, product managers, and engineers to collaboratively ensure success in delivering engaging, effective, and easy-to-navigate educational experiences for students, educators, and administrators.
In this role, you will have the ability to drive innovation by partnering with individual working teams through every step of the product development process — From defining overall strategy and concepting new features and functionality, to conducting usability testing to inform iterative product improvements.
We are based across three offices in the UK, London, Manchester and Bath. You will work very closely with the UK Senior Product Manager and report into the Senior Manager, Product Design.
We operate a hybrid working model for most roles if you are within a commutable distance of an office.
