JOLT's Commercial Sales team is responsible for creating compelling products and solutions that advance JOLT's commercial goals and position in the market. The product team is essential in achieving company goals by building successful and innovative tech solutions in the market across our core products and emerging channels.

As the Senior Product and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for owning a full product line. This includes working with partners to identify the right collaborators for a new solution, defining requirements, building specific products with cross-functional teams, and deploying the solution to the market to gain adoption. You will be expected to align with key stakeholders, identify the product's phases, manage the roadmap, and plan future investments in the product. You will also collaborate with a group of talented product managers, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing leadership to bring the ideas to life.


Role Responsibility

    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in commercial, engineering, data science, and trading to define a product vision and roadmap strategy for the vertical product and emerging channels we are building.
    • Document requirements and create collateral that describes the product feature set. Create unified roadmaps with stakeholders across departments, proactively communicating progress and changes.
    • Promote your product and support go-to-market (GTM) activities to train, drive engagement, and help sellers monetise the product. Provide executive reporting on goals, metrics, and key deliverables.
    • Help cultivate a product culture within the team and company by driving adoption of best practices and principles of product management.
    • Build, grow, and mentor a team of high-performing junior and senior product managers.
    • Be recognised as a product specialist both internally and externally.

Your Skills

    • Build strong, ongoing relationships with internal personnel with particular focus on internal sales team to influence collaboration and overall team success.
    • Be an expert and internal champion across the range of platforms and programmatic products JOLT works with.
    • Identify, connect with and go on to build strong, ongoing relationships with external Programmatic & Digital contacts to uncover opportunities.
    • Attaining budgets that are allocated to you. KPI achievements will be reviewed every quarter.
    • Plan strategies and solutions to meet quarterly targets through accurate forecasting.
