It’s an exciting time for the Creative Team, we’ve doubled in size over the last few years and now we’re looking for a Creative Manager who will work to support our most valuable asset, you guessed it, our team!

Working within our multidisciplinary in-house creative agency, our Creative Manager is someone who is passionate about building continuous growth, developing a space where creativity can thrive and making sure all team members feel safe, secure and supported to continually produce outstanding results.

We’re after a positive, proactive creative with strong art direction skills who can support the success of the team whilst maintaining the strong well-being of its members. You’ll need to be a strong communicator with great organisational skills, keeping your team up to date and facilitating a feedback loop between managers and your team so we can quickly address any issues.


What the role looks like:

This is a full-time position. You’ll:

  • Provide art direction to our pool of creatives, including a copywriter, designers, illustrators, photographers and videographers. Providing support, training and mentorship.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent output from the team and adherence to the appropriate guidelines across the business.
  • Deliver on projects in your area of specialism.
  • Work with our Project Coordinator to delegate, resource and manage workloads.
  • Easily adapt to changing priorities and have strong problem-solving capabilities. Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements in face of unexpected and urgent business needs.
  • Host training, process reviews and department socials as needed.
  • Deliver key updates to your team.
  • Facilitate a feedback loop between managers and your team.
  • Host regular 121s, AAA (monthly performance meetings) and submit pay reviews.

The Brand & Creative team is fun and diverse, covering a wide range of disciplines including UX, video, copywriting and design. We work with clients from across the business which keeps us busy, so well-being is really important to us. We enjoy sharing fun facts in our morning catch-up such as “did you know each planet makes a sound?” or sometimes just sharing what we ate for dinner last night.

  • Ability to interpret briefs, join the dots and produce storyboards.

Requirements

We’re interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • An experienced leader (at least 2 years)
  • Great communication and organisational skills, using Jira, GDrive and GChat effectively
  • Has experience in supporting others to work towards their goals (e.g. within a project)
  • Able to spot & implement improvements in processes
