As the Brand & B2B Marketing Manager at Twinkl, you’ll work as a key member of the Brand Marketing team. Working with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Schools, your role will focus on producing strategic brand marketing campaigns which meet the objectives of the business to gain customer acquisition, build brand loyalty and reduce churn across our B2C and B2B markets.

You will primarily lead on yearly campaign planning, understanding data and customer behaviour, and writing marketing campaign strategies that speak to both UK and International audiences to support international growth. You’ll work closely with a team of 4 talented marketers to develop and execute successful campaigns that achieve their outlined goals, typically ranging from revenue to acquisition to social growth.

As well as yearly planning, you’ll identify opportunities for reactive campaigns by staying on top of trends and conducting brand research. Alongside this, you’ll work with the other teams such as product marketing, international markets, segment markets and more to ensure your campaigns are far reaching - helping those who teach across the globe.

You’ll have an understanding of the Twinkl brand and tone of voice and how this pivots from B2C to B2B markets and be able to adapt this to fit the needs of our customers, ensuring the messaging is relevant and appropriate.

You’ll be responsible for tracking, interpreting and reporting campaigns and social performance using data. You’ll understand the importance of pivoting content where necessary and won’t be afraid to try new things to achieve results, delivering experiments and innovations throughout campaigns. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for the delivery of your personal, and team objectives and KPIs.

You’ll have an understanding of the Twinkl brand and tone of voice, and be able to adapt this to fit the needs of our customers, ensuring the messaging is relevant and appropriate.

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

  • Leading the team, and coordinating those within other teams, to execute B2C and B2B marketing campaigns - large and small.
  • Supporting your Marketing Executives in delivering on their personal objectives, particularly across various Twinkl Social channels and in conjunction with our Brand Marketing team.
  • Working across all other teams providing specialist support to drive new sales, customer retention, and upgrades.
  • Looking for opportunities each day to further our reach and establish our brand.
  • Setting goals and metrics to measure success

Requirements

  • Significant experience of campaign led B2C and B2B marketing
  • Significant demonstration of use of a variety of Marketing channels
  • Demonstration of creation and implementation of various marketing strategies to drive brand loyalty, generate new sales and support the retention of customers.
  • A passion for supporting the education of children globally

Qualifications and experience:

  • Recognised marketing qualification
  • 4 year’s experience in marketing
