As the Brand & B2B Marketing Manager at Twinkl, you’ll work as a key member of the Brand Marketing team. Working with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Schools, your role will focus on producing strategic brand marketing campaigns which meet the objectives of the business to gain customer acquisition, build brand loyalty and reduce churn across our B2C and B2B markets.
You will primarily lead on yearly campaign planning, understanding data and customer behaviour, and writing marketing campaign strategies that speak to both UK and International audiences to support international growth. You’ll work closely with a team of 4 talented marketers to develop and execute successful campaigns that achieve their outlined goals, typically ranging from revenue to acquisition to social growth.
As well as yearly planning, you’ll identify opportunities for reactive campaigns by staying on top of trends and conducting brand research. Alongside this, you’ll work with the other teams such as product marketing, international markets, segment markets and more to ensure your campaigns are far reaching - helping those who teach across the globe.
You’ll have an understanding of the Twinkl brand and tone of voice and how this pivots from B2C to B2B markets and be able to adapt this to fit the needs of our customers, ensuring the messaging is relevant and appropriate.
You’ll be responsible for tracking, interpreting and reporting campaigns and social performance using data. You’ll understand the importance of pivoting content where necessary and won’t be afraid to try new things to achieve results, delivering experiments and innovations throughout campaigns. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for the delivery of your personal, and team objectives and KPIs.
