Description

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home.

31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can diagnose 18 of the most common gynae pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers.

Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Learning, building and innovating within our CRM platform (we use Braze).

  • Owning our CRM acquisition strategy with support from the CRM Manager where required.
  • Analysing data to find ways to optimise performance to improve acquisition goals, e.g. quiz completion rates, abandon cart conversions, lead generation.
  • Designing, testing and executing marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving and brand-building goals including CTR, open rates, and conversions across primary channels like email and secondary channels like SMS.
  • Testing and learning using A/B and multivariate testing across creative, copy, send time and cadence, ready to gather learnings and share these with the wider team.
  • Maintaining communications calendar including concept, content, testing, and audience information for campaigns, for example, newsletter, education, brand moments and direct revenue-generating campaigns.

We are looking for mission-driven people who care passionately about positively impacting lives and improving women’s health. You will be excited by change and working in a fast-paced learning environment; building relationships and taking ownership and responsibility for your work.

You’ll be part of a small but mighty CRM team with big ambitions, that will sit within a Growth team. Working in a high-growth startup is not for the faint-hearted and we look for people who are resilient and solution-driven; when you see something not working, you will flag it and be part of the solution. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex to simple, bringing your ideas to life.

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • A good knowledge of digital marketing and customer acquisition principles, with an understanding of how these feed into end-to-end customer journeys.
  • 4+ years in a CRM or email marketing role, preferably for an e-commerce business or within a startup.

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with getting things done.
  • A track record of demonstrable results through testing and deploying effective email campaigns (if you have this across other CRM channels too, even better!).
  • Experience of using audience segmentation to personalise comms and drive engagement.
  • Knowledge of email design and a creative eye.
  • A good understanding of email regulations and compliance.
  • Experience using multiple channels (email, SMS, app) to communicate with the customer base, with a focus on conversion.
