As an Insight Manager, you will champion the use of insight and evidence in strategic decision making across the organisation, delivering insights across a broad range of stakeholders. Your market sizing, market and competitive intel will be used to fuel Ideagen’s ambitious growth plans. You will work closely with the central Marketing functions, business line pillars and functional areas across Ideagen and be responsible for analyst relations and peer review strategy.

This role can either be based remotely or from our Headquarters in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and deliver the insight agenda within your specific business line area maintaining a central competitive and marketplace intelligence resource
    • Conducting qualitative and quantative data-driven research on specific personas, industries, and markets, identifying actionable opportunities to inform product and marketing strategy and decision-making
    • You will work closely with other members of the Insight Team to identify and deliver continual improvement and efficiencies in delivering action orientated insight to a growing global audience
    • Own and maximise relationships with external analysts, 3rd party providers and industry experts to develop and implement quant and qualitative data and insight -driven proposals and recommendations to improve market share
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders and broader teams to ensure that insight is being leveraged effectively to support campaign and program goals
    • Identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to support insight-driven decision making
    • Utilise data enrichment tools and other solutions to address information gaps 

Knowledge & Experiences

    • Commercial experience in a product marketing, research, analytics or insight focused role
    • Strong background in data analysis and critical thinking with the ability to filter, prioritize, analyse and validate potentially complex and dynamic material inferring insights that inform strategy
    • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, vendors, process, projects and priorities effectively
    • Experience of designing and implementing processes to improve and deliver actionable insight
    • Evidence of using insight to drive business decisions
    • Experience of Microsoft Office tools, Asana, Trello Salesforce, Pardot (or similar)
    • Preferred Experience of insight and competitive intelligence tools .
