Description
Your key focus will be:
Internal Communications
- You will be the Internal Communications Business Partner for our teams, providing comms consultancy and developing and delivering crucial communications and engagement programmes across the business.
- Your role is to help our people become advocates of Carbon Clean and ensure efficient intelligence sharing across our rapidly growing global business.
Business Partnership
- Leading inclusion within Internal Communications, partnering with the People team. Lead to champion positive progress engagement initiatives, reflecting the needs of our diverse teams.
- Partner with our People Leaders and the People team as the people engagement subject matter expert to ensure the work you do makes sense for our people and is tailored as necessary for all audiences. That’s everything from content and campaigns, through to recognition, engagement and leadership strategy.
- Partnering with our Marketing and Communications team to deliver seamless management and coordination for all elements of internal communication.
Requirements
- Have solid experience in Internal Communications.
- Ability to understand complex, technical information and translate it into simple and powerful messaging that inspires users and audiences.
- Skilled at scanning and responding to industry themes and trends.
- Agile and adaptable, working on a variety of tasks, while operating at pace.
- Happy working independently and self-managing projects.
- Naturally collaborative with strong networking skills both internally and externally.
- Comfortable working across functions, whether with engineers or C-suite.
- Microsoft suite and website CMS.
- Confidence working within this dynamic, constantly evolving environment; ability to adapt, manage ambiguity and resilience to work positively under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal & written communication skills.
